The Problem:
Review Ringer had a lack of engagement with potential app users due to how the App initially promoted the solution. Was too techy and cold (no fun involved) considering its critical audience (Gen X)
WB Solution:
We rebranded the product including its logo and positioning campaign to resemble familiar elements (traditional) with how the App works, building an emotional bonding to increase adoption rate.
Result:
75,000 new users signed up in the first 3 month of campaign, including a wonderful 62% conversion rate increment after 12 months.
