The Problem:
Chaglaser Coffee was in exponential demand through grocery stores and consumers compare its flavor and “sipping experience” with industry leaders like Starbucks. However, the brand has not physical presence and retail experience
WB Solution:
We created and promote the Chaglaser Coffee “Sip in Place” spaces/shops where consumers translated the same warm and personal experience they had at home to the street.
Result:
After 18 months after been launched, Chaglaser opened its “Sip in Place” #25 in the West Central regions. As consequence Chaglaser extended its line of products beyond coffee, including aromatic teas and other drinks.
