Walalight – Day and night Healthy LED Lighting Solutions!
The Problem:
LED light products offer were pretty much generic and consumer perception was focused on energy saving and low cost only, missing other important benefits. There was also lack of products differentiation.
WB Solution:
We proposed a product positioning based on its health benefits (circadian rhythm approach) and a clear product segmentation to tap specialized niches like (educational institutions, health care facilities, prisons, offices ands living spaces. Helping the diversification and setting a convenient price scale.
Result:
Walalight has become a industry leader and have won a prestigious industry award, claiming the 18% of the US Domestic market and over $275MM in sales in 2019.
