The Problem:
Fast food chicken chains are perceived as plain and boring taste, creating a barrier to offer most elaborated and tasteful menu.
WB Solution:
We rebrand Krispy Chicken and the new check in the urban farm, adding a gourmet kind of approach to chicken base menu, building a more natural and fresh perception. The rebrand included employees’ uniforms, food packaging and stores design.
Result:
The franchise took off in terms of new opened stores and grew 45% during the first 24 months post relaunch. Market share rocket skied up to 47% of the regional presence.
